Meet Dr. Timothée

Dr. Timothée, or “Dr. T” as she is called by colleagues and friends, was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and she completed her dental training at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. During dental school, she decided to serve her country by joining the United States Air Force, where she was awarded the Health Professions Scholarship. After graduating with honors, she completed an additional year at an Advanced General Dentistry residency and served for four years as a general dentist in Japan.

Dr. Timothée went on to receive her orthodontic training through the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency program at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. During her 12 years of military service, she was the Chief of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, taught orthodontics to general dentistry residents, and specialized in surgical cases.

Dr. Timothée and her husband Chris moved to North Carolina to be close to family and raise their two daughters, Janelle and Julianna. When she is not at the office building beautiful smiles, Dr. Timothée enjoys being involved at her church, and she loves spending quality time with her family. Her favorite hobbies include traveling, dancing, and relaxing at the beach or the mountains.

“My goal is to give my patients top notch quality treatment in a caring and family-oriented environment,” Dr. T says. “I love how I get to know my patients during treatment and come to consider them part of the family.”
